We had 4 estimates for this job. Dan spent the most time with us and his knowledge on the topic was evident. One of the other companies sent a salesperson who was nice, but couldn't even answer basic questions about their system. I also felt that Dan's software presentations on his laptop were informative. It was important to me that there was a detailed, written estimate before anyone left, and this extra attention to detail helped to "seal the deal".
