Hello. The pit around my egress window has been filling with water during heavy rains, and then pouring through the basement window. During the last heavy storm, about 18-24" of water was collected in there and dumping in through the window. I bought the house about a year ago and it was completely renovated just prior. Does you company do repair work or only new installations? Thanks Matt

The repairs involved digging in six locations, down almost five feet where the push peers would be placed under the foundation, by hand! The soil on the property is very rocky, but I never heard a negative comment from the crew. They raised the foundation and closed the 1.25" gap in the brick siding. The crack needs cosmetic work to make it look nice, but the foundation is solid now. I am very pleased with the job.

I needed an expert opinion about a foundation problem when making an offer on a residential property. I followed the first hit on an Internet search and ended up with Dry Guys. Elliot (the owner's son) assessed the issue, explained to me exactly what it was, showed me the telltale evidence, and emailed me an estimate, all in the approximately one hour he was on site. Jason and his crew literally saved my life! They were in the crawl space starting to do the work when Jason came and knocked on the door and asked me to go down with him to the crawlspace. He asked me if i smelled anything, and i didn't, but it was gas leaking. He showed me where it was coming from and i immediately called the gas company. There was JUST an explosion of a home not far from me from a gas leak, so you can imagine my fear! I sat in the car waiting for the Gas Company, and when they got there, Jason went with the rep and talked to him like he was my husband protecting me. We came to find out there were explosive levels of gas leaking, but Jason and his crew stayed calm as cucumbers, just making sure i was ok.

Before all of this happened, at 76 years young, i had to crawl under the home to read the gas meter and submit the reading, but since Jason talked to the rep, he even went above and beyond and asked them to put a meter outside so i wouldn't have to do that anymore! Jason, Calvin and Zach literally saved my life, and my home, and made it better by installing the Cleanspace and other products too. I'm so grateful for the Dry Guys team!

I am a first time homeowner and know absolutely nothing about sump pumps. When the basement started to get water in it I wasn't sure what to do.
