The repairs involved digging in six locations, down almost five feet where the push peers would be placed under the foundation, by hand! The soil on the property is very rocky, but I never heard a negative comment from the crew. They raised the foundation and closed the 1.25" gap in the brick siding. The crack needs cosmetic work to make it look nice, but the foundation is solid now. I am very pleased with the job.

I needed an expert opinion about a foundation problem when making an offer on a residential property. I followed the first hit on an Internet search and ended up with Dry Guys. Water was seeping through the walls in Robert E.'s foundation. Concerned about how this would affect his finished basement, he called several waterproofing companies to get ideas but they were all more concerned about selling him things that he didn't need. We sent out Dry Guys owner Dan Gattuso to help. After assessing the basement, he gave Robert a solution that, finally, made sense. The recommendation was for a SuperSump sump pump connected to a WaterGuard perimeter system so that all of the water would be directed to it. Robert agreed and, additionally, had an IceGua rd discharge line installed to keep his system running even in the cold when pipes are prone to freeze. He also opted for a LawnScape outlet to make sure that water from his gutters stayed far away from his foundation to prevent a lot of problems in the first place.
