FlexiSpan uses a high-viscosity polyurethane polymer that gets deep into the crack and forms a durable, flexible seal. We then install a secondary layer of drainage on the basement wall and finish with a polyurethane sealant, creating a permanent seal that should never fail.

The girder supporting this Toughkenamon, PA, crawl space has become inflated and began to split, creating structural problems that cause supporting beams to sink or sag in the middle.
