In dealing with Dan on a second job, it was like meeting with an old friend to discuss our water problem. Everyone who participated in our "water in the basement" project was most helpful. Dawn in the office who arranged the scheduling and the technicians who worked on the job were very competent. Once again, we have had a very pleasant experience working with Dry Guys!

My basement waterproofing system has paid for itself over and over during the past year, with all this crazy rain, at least now I can just stay snug and enjoy listening to it on the roof instead of cringing every time I open the basement door.

I have to commend your crew. They are the very best! Neat, clean, polite, on time, hard workers and good skills. At the end of each day, Bill and his crew were sure to clean up and leave everything in good order. Bill even worked outside in the dark, during a torrential rain to make sure that my basement windows were waterproofed before they left for the day! He is a tremendous asset to your company.
