The DryGuys Team are fantastic at what they do, its a shame there aren't more teams out there like them and their WOW! Service. I have dealt with many contractors in my time and have rarely had an experience from start to finish go so smoothly. Michael S. who did my estimate was very helpful, setup a comprehensive system and didn't just try to upsell me on unnecessary things. He gave me a date and they stuck to it. Ian and the guys that came out to do the actual install were nothing short of spectacular. They called ahead to let me know they were coming, they explained everything that they were doing, set milestones for the installation and let me know what was completed and what was outstanding. They were very punctual, did very high quality work, and answered all of my questions. A very big factor that I personally hold key value in is the crews respect for my property when they are on site. These guys knocked it out of the park, I made them aware that I have small dogs and they made concessions to accommodate me there as well. Once the install was completed, they made sure to field all of my questions, showed me the completed project explained everything in terms that the average joe can understand. Just WOW!! Can't ask for much more than that.Thank you very much DryGuys, you are truely lifesavers!!

I will always use this company for any future work on any home we may live in. My wife was very pleased with the call representative. Our salesperson was excellent and informative. I had my crawl space done about a year and a half ago by you guys and I haven't had any issues! I recently had an inspector out at my house and he was thoroughly impressed by the crawl space. He even took pictures inside of the crawl space and the windows outside, and said he will show people the photos to know how their crawl space SHOULD look! He said it was the best job he had seen in a crawl space! Thank you so much.

Patrick was the service representative and he was excellent. He was very thorough and explained what was needed and even felt that the return trip might be necessary to check out the correct settings for the humidity control. We were very satisfied.

Kim was very helpful in navigating SmartVents, as well as all the other things I wanted in my shore home. Extremely intelligent about her products and services!

Jesse was our Forman. Not enough positive words to describe his performance. I have never seen a work crew run as smooth as his. Him and AD worked flawlessly together. They were perfectly joined by EJ ,another extremely hard worker. If I were to look for an employee, they are who I would want. We had to stop them after they cleaned up, we thought they were cleaning the whole house.

Patrick came out yesterday to replace our three sump pumps in the basement and he did a GREAT/AWESOME JOB!! He is the BEST Service Technician EVER, by far! Please put us on your schedule every year, automatically, so that Patrick can come out and maintain these three new sump pumps every year.

Charlie was here on the 16th to do an inspection. He is a very nice young man who did an excellent job. He represents your company well. Thank you for keeping in touch and making sure our proactive service was completed.
