3 of the 4 walls in this basement had a large horizontal wall crack that needed to be repaired in order to keep a strong foundation for the home. On this wall, Carbon Armor was installed to reinforce the foundation.

This home had issues with moisture in its basement. This led to a mold issue that damaged the air quality of the house. With the installation of our ThermalDry Wall moisture is stopped because this wall acts as a vapor barrier from the porous concrete walls. Our ThermalDry Wall even has a heat reflective surface making the home more comfortable!

Bowing walls are caused by pressure building up behind the walls. When the soil surrounding the basement is wet, the soil expands, causing pressure to build and crack the foundation like the one seen in the before picture in this home in Exton, PA. PowerBraces were installed to stop the inward movement of the walls. These steel I-beams can be tightened over time to return the walls back to their original position.

This home was missing footers in areas, putting stress on and cracking the home's foundation. Our team installed our Smart Jacks to strengthen and support the home.
