This house in Malvern, Pennsylvania, only had a chimney flue for a sump pump. Groundwater was not directed into the flu effectively which caused their pump to short cycle resulting in premature failure. The Dry Guys Team was called to install our powerful cast-iron SuperSump system, capable of pumping out 2,220 gallons of water per hour. Super sump also has the option for a backup Ulltrasump that includes or special power pack which can discharge 12,000 gallons or more on a full charge!

Following a storm, this basement in Brookhaven, PA, started to suffer from water seepage in different locations within the basement. Thanks to the Dry Guys team, they installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to keep the basement dry. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three layers of protection for your peace of mind. Including the primary pump, there is a backup pump installed and a backup battery to keep the pump going even in a power outage.

This local church in Woodstown, New Jersey, experienced damp floors and musty odors when water would seep through cracks leading into the basement during heavy rainfall. Even if the puddled water is vacuumed, the basement is still susceptible to mold and other pathogens. The Dry Guys Team arrived to install our patented WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage System to drain water that could potentially flood the basement. WaterGuard is the most effective form of drainage systems because it's engineered with 3/8" openings and fall flanges which allows water to flow freely into it while blocking debris that would otherwise clog the system. Unlike a commonly used French Drain, our system sits on top of the footing in the clean water zone collecting water without the risk of clogs. Our Team also installed our patented EverLast Finished Wall Restoration System to remedy the wet, damaged walls in the finished basement. Our product includes metal studs and a waterproof, pre-finished wall panel with a mold-free base molding. In order for mold to grow, organic materials such as wood or carpet need to be present. The previous sump pump came with an open lid design which adds to the humidity levels, making the basement more susceptible to cracks and mold growth. Our Dry Guys Team replaced the inferior pump with our more powerful SuperSump Sump Pump that comes with a 1/3 hp motor and a battery backup system, leaving this basement in Pilesgrove, New Jersey, dry all year long!

This TripleSafe Sump Pump and Clean Space Vapor Barrier were installed in 2005, but our team was not called to service the sump until 2016, leaving years for issues to brew. Over the years, the sump pump had sunk from its original position, causing the vapor barrier to detach from the walls and cover the sump with dirt.  Foundations are constantly moving, and though this is a rare case, it can happen. When this was discovered during the service, our Lead Technician, Bryan, restored the system to look and run like new.
