I’m not even sure where to start... My wife and I bought a house in the Collingswood/Oaklyn area a few years back. We knew upon purchasing the house it was in a high water table by a creek and the whole town pretty much gets water in their basements. After trying my best with our sump pump, dry lok on the walls, and painting the floors we were out of the woods for a while. Then one day I noticed a small puddle in the basement... Then the next rainfall it was a little worse, until eventually we were getting full blown flooding. You can’t stop water... I reached out to Dry Guys after asking about their reputation with a family member in construction. As soon as Dominic answered the phone I knew I was in good hands, kid just didn’t hesitate and was on the ball. By the end of the day we were exchanging texts and pictures of my basement. Which as a business owner myself I feel is above and beyond for an employee to do, and I hope my employees care as much and work as hard as Dominic does. Within a day or two Pete was at my house and in my basement explaining what the problem was and that they could absolutely fix it. We went over the details of the system and it was obvious Pete knew exactly what he was talking about. I trusted him enough to tell my wife that night we should move forward. We did, and were put in for the next available date. As it got closer I received calls to confirm the date and time etc. The morning of I got a call from Freddy telling me they were on their way. Freddy Alex and Cody broke their backs for two days straight cutting out the concrete for the Water guard trenches and removing all the rubble. They laid the system and smoothly covered the trenches back in with cement. Then hooked the pumps up to my pvc system that leads out to the street. They were on time and stayed late to make sure they got it done in two days... Not easy work, and they did it with the upmost respect and courtesy to myself and our home. An hour after they left Pete called to check in and make sure we were pleased, which we absolutely were. I can’t say enough about Dry Guys and their crew, other than I wish I called them a year earlier. A week later and after all the snow and rain we’ve gotten, our basement is bone dry. To Pete, Dominic, Freddy, Alex, Cody and the whole Dry Guys team, we can’t thank you enough. It seems like a small thing. But you literally came into our home for two days and fixed something that was ruing our lives, in a home that we love so much. Customers for life, thank you so much again... Michael and Stacie

We have been in our home for the past fourteen (14) years. We have had water in our basement every year during sustained rainstorms. Mike Grubb came out for an estimate. Within minutes, he assessed the problem areas, hopped on his computer and created a plan of action. Everything was explained in great detail and made perfect sense.Prior to the installation, Dry Guys sent emails and information to ensure we were ready for the work. On the first day, I was pleased the installation and project team were equally as thorough and professional as Mike Grubb. Specifically, Team 3, Ed, Anthony and Abe, were amazing from the start. They surveyed the work. Explained everything again in great detail. In fact, Ed, Anthony and Abe even pointed out issues I hadn't noticed and offered solutions. My satisfaction was only exceeded as Ed, Anthony and Abe continued the work. The work was seamless. Everything was explained. The work was completed in the allotted time frame and was exactly what had been explained. Ed, Anthony and Abe were great. Not only did they perform excellent work in an exceedingly efficient and professional manner, but when they left there was not a trace of them being here or doing major work on our home. We could not be more pleased with the decision to hire Dry Guys or the fact we had Ed, Anthony and Abe on the project. These guys are wonderful during all phases of the work and are highly recommended.

The folks at Dry Guys were incredibly punctual, insightful and professional. Answered all my questions and even provided me with advice unrelated to the task-at-hand. I just recommended them to my neighbor and will certainly keep them in mind for future projects.
