karl jones and his men were fantastic! i get home from work around 1700 hours when they're wrapping up and ready to leave. karl took the time to walk me around the project and explain in detail what was going on. he never made me feel rushed and let me ask as many questions as i wanted. his partner eric was the same way. i know you guys have to feel comfortable putting him on a job knowing it'll get done and done right. the last day another worker named scott (i think) showed up late. come to find out he was karls' brother. he finished his job early and stopped by to help karl. unbelievable teamwork.
