Rain coming into your home and ruining your basement? When Charles and Sue H. noticed they were having the same problem, they called Dry Guys Basement Systems who sent a representative that same week to give them a free estimate.
The couple was met by waterproofing specialist Ian Gattuso at their Clayton home. He immediately began surveying the basement and other affected areas. Ian recommended the installation of CleanSpace walling, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a WaterGuard interior drainage system. These three products, when installed will work in unison to drain any current water from the basement and prevent future flooding devastation to happen. The TripleSafe also has a third precaution, in case of any power outages the sump pump has a backup battery for continued usage even in the heaviest of rain.
Rain coming into your home and ruining your basement? This is no longer a problem for Charles and Sue H., and thanks to the professionals at Dry Guys Basement Systems, the couple's basement flooding troubles are a thing of the past!
After attempting an at-home remedy for his basement water troubles, Joe R. found that his basement began smelling of must and mold. With the fear of doing another home remedy, Joe went online to find a professional company to help with his air quality problem.
Joe contacted Dry Guys Basement Systems who sent out a representative. Joe was soon met by waterproofing specialist Dan Gattuso who immediately recommended Joe purchase and install the SaniDry XP dehumidification system. The SaniDry XP system is an energy-efficient dehumidification system, it has a 109 pint per day capacity, built-in defrost system, can be installed to drain into the home drainage system, and has a continuous blower switch that permits continuous blower operation with or without dehumidification.
In the course of a single day, Steven Bracall and his crew came in and installed the system in a quick and efficient manner. Now with the SaniDry in full operation, Joe no longer has to worry about a musty smelling basement anymore!
Pete and Tessa T. wanted to finish their basement, but with leaking water affecting their ability to do so, they realized they needed the help of a professional. After searching the yellow pages for a waterproofing company, the couple came across Dry Guys Basement Systems who they contacted immediately!
Waterproofing specialist Ian Gattuso came out to inspect the couple’s Glassboro home. Based on Ian’s expert suggestions, Eric Iveson and his crew came in and began the installation of the appropriate products. They installed the ZenWall basement wall system, which is a wall covering that protects against water and moisture coming into the basement. Coupled with the WaterGuard interior drainage system, these solutions will fully protect against any future leaks. Unfortunately, whenever a basement becomes wet, we get that all-too-familiar musty smell. This was the case in Pete and Tessa’s basement. To take care of the smell and eliminate unwanted moisture, the crew installed a SaniDry XP dehumidification system. Now the couple can breathe easily while making plans for their finished basement!
Michael and Christina S. found themselves in a dilemma when their basement began flooding. With limited options, the couple contacted multiple companies for estimates, but ultimately called upon on Dry Guys Basement Systems to help them with their basement troubles.
Waterproofing specialist Dan Gattuso gave them multiple suggestions and recommendations for waterproofing their basement. Dan recommended the Zoeller sump pump model 58, (which is a feature of the Basement Systems patented TripleSafe sump pump). This top-of-the-line sump pump is not only efficient and helps eliminate ground water, but it is also makes very little noise...you hardly even notice its there! An IceGuard sump pump discharge line system was installed to ensure drainage of water in all weather conditions.
Steven Bracall and his crew came and in and installed the products agreed upon by the homeowners. With the installation of these basement waterproofing products from Dry Guys Basement Systems, Michael and Christina S’s basement will continue to stay dry for many, many years.
Pitman homeowner Bunni B. decided one day that the water problem in her basement and crawl space was becoming so unbearable to live with that she needed professional help. She immediately went online to find a reliable company to help her with her situation. She noticed that Dry Guys Basement Systems specialized in dealing with problems like hers and even offered a free estimate!
Waterproofing specialist Dan Gattuso inspected both the crawl space and the basement and gave Bunni recommendations on the best way to go about waterproofing her basement. Karl Jones and his crew came out to begin the installation. Dan had recommended CleanSpace drainage matting be installed in the crawl space. This special matting prevents moisture and water from getting into the crawl space and effectively eliminates current water in the crawl space as well. In the basement, Fosters 40/80 was installed. This disinfectant mat, which eliminates the growth of mold and other fungi, was installed along with a SaniDry dehumidification system to combat and eliminate moisture. The best part besides having a dry basement? Everything was installed in a swift and quiet manner!
The professionalism is what separates Dry Guys Basement Systems from its competitors, and customers like Bunni B. know that when it comes to solving a problem, Dry Guys Basement Systems knows how to do it right the first time with products that last for many years.
Basement flooding is one of the worst troubles a homeowner can encounter. When Andrew and Angela G. found themselves in this very predicament, they knew a professional solution was a necessity! Thanks to a referral by a close friend, the couple contacted Dry Guys Basement Systems, hoping for professional expertise to solve their flooding problem.
Soon after the couple contacted Dry Guys, they were met by representative Ian Gattuso at their Sewell household. Ian started off by surveying and analyzing the basement and finding the source of the problem. He then recommended products the couple should use and explained how each would work. Ian recommended installing the patented TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe is one of, if not the best sump pump on the market. With the addition of both a second pump and a battery backup sump pump, it is the most ideal and safest solution for basement waterproofing. A DryTrak Basement Drainage System was recommended as well. This system is attached to the perimeter of your basement flooring and directs all water and seepage toward the sump pump to be removed from the basement. Lastly, an IceGuard discharge line was installed to ensure drainage even during the coldest of winters.
With the recommendations agreed upon, primary foreman Elliot Gattuso and his crew came in and installed the products in a quick and orderly fashion. Now when the couple goes into their basement, they no longer feel stress and anxiety but rather pleasure and content knowing that the professionals at Dry Guys Basement Systems have done quality work to protect their basement for years to come.
Dry Guys Basement Systems is a leading specialist when it comes to the evaluation and treatment of basement water problems. When Susan D. found that her carpet was wet, she immediately contacted Dry Guys to have a representative sent to her Williamstown home.
That same week, Susan was met by Dry Guys waterproofing expert Bill Richie. Bill immediately inspected her basement and found that the source of the wet carpet was a nearby wall that was leaking water. Thanks to his experience dealing with leaky foundation walls, Bill was able to recommend the most effective products to use in this situation.
When Steven Bracall and his crew came out to the home, the repair and waterproofing process began with the installation of a WaterGuard drainage system. This system was installed along the perimeter of Susan’s basement wall and would take the incoming water and displace it to the SuperSump sump pump. Finally, a discharge line was installed to carry the water to the outside of the basement.
Thanks to a job well done by the Dry Guys team, Susan no longer needs to worry about leaky walls or water in her basement. She knows that when it comes to professionalism and effectiveness of products, Dry Guys Basement Systems excels in both areas!
With water leaking into their basement, Luke and Nancy B. knew they needed help. Having had another sump pump previously installed by another company, they knew that this time they needed the best to help them with their issue. They promptly contacted Dry Guys.
They were met by waterproofing specialist Dan Gattuso, who suggested installing a WaterGuard and Triplesafe sump pump system in order to keep the water from coming into the basement. Superior in every way to the previous pump, the TripleSafe not only does its job efficiently but looks so much nicer than the rusty pump before it. The couple also purchased a SaniDry Basement Air System to eliminate the humidity and improve the air quality of their home.
Luke and Nancy had an unfortunate experience with their previous waterproofing job, but the Dry Guys Team proved their professionalism and skill by providing a solid solution to their problems.
Brad and Jen knew it was time to act when they saw water entering their basement. Recognizing the hazards associated with a moist basement (foundation issues and mold among them), they had to do something about it fast. That's when they called Dry Guys- the region's expert in basements and crawl space waterproofing.
When the couple called Dry Guys, Dan Gattuso gladly came out to meet them and see how we could help. The fix was simple, and yet extremely effective. The powerful SuperSump is capable of pumping 2,250 gallons of water per hour. They had that SuperSump installed in their basement along with the UltraSump III battery backup unit so their basement will stay dry even in a power outage. They also opted for the patented WaterGuard XL perimeter system to collect all water from everywhere in the basement and bring it straight to the SuperSump. The LawnScape Outlet was a nice touch at the end of the buried discharge, as it prevents the pumped water from being dumped right next to the house and just recycling over and over. Lastly, an IceGuard was added to the buried discharge so if the pipe freezes the SuperSump can continue to perform at 100%.
Our patented solutions work hard so that you don't have to. Brad and Jen experience this firsthand every day, and their basement has never been better!
Nancy and Joe G. began to worry when they noticed water entering their basement. As conditions worsened, mold started to grow, and soon the couple had the added problem of a smelly, unhealthy environment. They promptly called the experts in basement waterproofing and mold removal- Dry Guys.
System Designer Ian Gattuso inspected their basement and designed a comprehensive plan. The first step was to remove the mold, and with our in house IRCRC certified mold experts, that was a simple task to address. Many people simply paint over mold or find other ways to hide it, but that doesn't actually fix the problem. It always comes back if conditions don’t change. The Dry Guys Team safely and efficiently removed the mold using the latest and safest approved methods available.
Step two was to address the water entering through the basement walls since conditions were still ripe for mold to re-grow in the future. Ian proposed the installation of our ThermalDry Wall Vapor Barrier, which is not only waterproof but reflects heat back into the basement which is ideal if you plan to finish your basement walls. Step three was to install the patented WaterGuard perimeter system. This was used for water seepage at the floor/wall joint. Now all water is directed straight to the SuperSump pump. Step four was to install our SaniDry basement air system. With their basement properly waterproofed and humidity levels so low it is impossible for mold to grow, Nancy and Joe have now moved on to finish their basement. Now they are worry-free since mold no longer poses any threat to the health of their family. Thanks, Dry Guys!
Stanley and Cynthia noticed there were horizontal cracks along the walls below their basement windows. When the water started entering these cracks, they knew they had to do something about it now! They certainly didn’t want a musty, moldy, flooded basement. The cracks as they learned were a sign of a weakened foundation. They knew that by doing nothing, they would be leaving it to chance and that the house could even collapse. With such serious problems, they had to call someone trustworthy. That's why they called Dry Guys- the region's leader in foundation repair and recovery.
When the couple called Dry Guys, Dan Gattuso came to inspect the basement. He confirmed that this serious foundation issue needed to be addressed quickly. Thankfully, Dry Guys has just the right patented solutions for this. Two things were done in Stanley and Cynthia's home to save the foundation, PowerBraces and Geo-Lock anchor system. PowerBraces are not invasive and have a neat, clean appearance inside the basement. They are galvanized, adjustable steel I-beams that stabilize the walls and keep them from moving any further. Over time, the PowerBraces are tightened to straighten the wall back into the original position. Geo-Locks is our patented wall anchor system that installs quickly and permanently stabilizes your foundation by using the hard-packed soil outside as an anchor. Like PowerBraces, Geo-Locks can also be tightened overtime to bring the wall back to its original position.

During the inspection, the team found falling insulation, high humidity, and sagging floors in the crawl space. To address these problems, they installed a series of Smart Jacks. This system provided solid support, restoring stability to the sagging floor joists and correcting issues like sloping floors. Additionally, it could be adjusted over time if needed. The Smart Jack system also helped address crawl space mold and humidity concerns. Stephen was relieved to have a stronger foundation and lifted floors in his home.
This Ewan homeowner reached out in regards to seepage issues within her basement. The basement was partially finished, and it was stated that the water would enter the basement through the entrance and windows. She had owned this home since it was built back in 2003, and wanted to be sure she can continuing staying in the home for as long as she can. It was stated mold was a large issue as well. To prevent the water leaking through the windows, our team can replace the current windows with our Everlast Windows, ensuring they are secure.
This homeowner had high moisture levels in the basement, even with 2 dehumidifiers and a sump pump. He had noted that there was a presence of mold as well. To prevent moisture and water from seeping in, our team installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, which led into a new and reliable sump pump system. Any water collected by the system would be expelled outside via a discharge line.
Water would come into this Mullica Hill basement from the front wall of the house, and would mostly leak in when it rained. The culprit was one major vertical crack in the poured concrete wall, which can easily be treated by Dry Guys. Our Flexispan wall crack repair system can patch the crack, while also redirecting the water behind to a drain.

Our Flexispan wall crack repair system is the perfect solution for situations like this one. Our team installed the Flexispan to cover and patch the crack, while also allowing the water behind the patch to lead to a drain.
This homeowner has both a basement and a crawl space, and needed the crawl space to be encapsulated and the basement to be waterproofed. Our team encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barriers and SilverGlo insulation, and installed our WaterGuard drainage system in the basement which connected to a new sump pump system. This homeowner had reached out to Dry Guys with concerns about water in his crawl space. He had someone down in the crawl space for an inspection and was told there was water. Our team installed a "Smart Sump" sump pump in the crawl space to make sure water is immediately collected and expelled away from the crawl space. This system was connected to an exterior discharge line in order to drain the water to the outdoors.
This homeowner had water in two separate places of her basement. This had been an issue for a couple months and the homeowner wanted to address it as soon as possible. Some cracks were found in the foundation as well, which would worsen the seepage issue. Our team installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system with two Super Sump pump systems in opposite corners of the basement. These sump pumps would collect the water from the WaterGuard, then expel the water via their own specific discharge lines.
This homeowner had recently purchased a new sump pump, but didn't think it would keep up with the amount of water around his home. There were also concerns with moisture and temperature in the crawl space. Our team encapsulated the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier with drainage matting underneath. Our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was also installed to regulate moisture in the air. This crawl space was concrete, so installing a sump pump is easy to manage. We installed a Smart Drain in the space, and the Sedona was connected to it to properly drain moisture. The homeowner no longer has to worry about puddles!
This Mullica Hill basement had a vertical crack in the concrete wall. Mold issues were mentioned by the homeowner. The crack was supposedly fixed 10 years prior, but improvement wasn't noticed. This 1950s home did not have a sump pump in the basement, and puddles would often form in the middle of the floor. Our team installed our WaterGuard drainage system along 3 walls of the basement, with a diagonal drainage feed line cutting through. The feed line connected to the new sump pump that was installed as well. The sump pump was then connected to an exterior discharge line. These measures make sure the water coming through the floor is first caught by our drainage system, and properly expelled outside, meaning the basement stays dry!
The basement wall in this home was sinking toward the middle. The center of this wall did not have any support. The homeowner tried to repair the cement, but it led to sagging. Our team installed a series of our Smart Jacks to hoist up the wall and foundation of the home. These jacks strengthened and reinforced the foundation to prevent anty further damage, and decrease the sagging and sinking of the wall.
This homeowner had just purchased the home, and noticed the floor was slanted. One entire side of the home was slanted and drooping into the ground. Our team installed a series of Push Piers to lift and elevate the home, making it more level with the ground and foundation.
This homeowner had a waterproofing system put in years ago, but it was not done around the full perimeter. Water would come up from the floor around the perimeter in the basement, and mold was a high possibility. When it storms, water would constantly need to be cleaned up in the basement. There was a sump pump down there, but it needed to be replaced. Our team put two sump pump systems in opposite corners of the space and lined the perimeter with our WaterGuard drainage system. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also installed to prevent moisture, mold, and any odors or unpleasant smells.
This homeowner saw moisture seeping through into the basement and crawl space, causing bubbling to occur on the cinderblock walls. This had been an occurring issue for the full 15 years she had lived in the home. Our team not only installed our WaterGuard drainage system in the basement, but also encapsulated the crawl space with a vapor barrier and insulated the walls. This protects the space and seals it from the elements. Any water coming from behind the basement walls would be drained and collected by the system.
This homeowner purchased the home a year ago, and with a recent storm water had gotten into the crawl space. Over 5 inches of water seeped into the crawl space, and the homeowners wanted to encapsulate the space and prevent any leaks. Our team encapsulated the space with our "Puddle Package" and lined the walls with SilverGlo insulation. The vapor barrier installed would help protect the space from moisture and water. Additionally, a smart drain was installed to collect and expel water from the crawl space, functioning much like a sump pump.
