Dear Dry Guys, 

I would like to comment on "John O." the gentleman who cleaned & serviced the 2 sump pumps & dehumidifier. Not knowing how long this was going to take, I took it upon myself to sit on the steps & he explained what and why this had to be done. 

Later on, he showed me the before and after pictures and it's amazing to see the difference his time and effort took. 
I know he has a family and I hope they know how hard he works to make a comfortable life for them as well as his customers. 

When I need my service again next year, I prefer John O. to service these machines. Those 3 hours were educational for me because I know how important these service calls are, "if done right."  Thank you, John O.
