Dear Dry Guys,  I would like to comment on "John O." the gentleman who cleaned & serviced the 2 sump pumps & dehumidifier. Not knowing how long this was going to take, I took it upon myself to sit on the steps & he explained what and why this had to be done.  Later on, he showed me the before and after pictures and it's amazing to see the difference his time and effort took. I know he has a family and I hope they know how hard he works to make a comfortable life for them as well as his customers.  When I need my service again next year, I prefer John O. to service these machines. Those 3 hours were educational for me because I know how important these service calls are, "if done right."  Thank you, John O.   Your very satisfied customer, Carol S. Dear Dan, This letter is a little late getting to you but wanted to let you know how thankful we are from your personal service. We thank you for taking the time to come out to our home a couple of times to review plans for our basement. Mike and his crew were very respectful of our home. They worked diligently to meet their deadline even working into the evening to get the job done. Mike took time to explain what he and the crew were doing during the process and always asked us if we had any questions. The guys have a great sense of humor, are trustworthy and meticulous about their work. Mike seems very knowledgeable and has a great rapport with his crew. We are so happy to have a dry basement and have started to build walls to create a playroom for the boys. We definitely will recommend your service to our friends.
