This Linwood crawl space was so damp, mold grew all throughout the wood rafters and mushrooms began to sprout, which can cause strong odors throughout the house. We had completely encapsulated the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barriers to keep the area dry and regulated all of the time.
This Linwood basement had water leakage and mold issues. The water would come in behind the stairs or from the finished walls, causing the walls to have water damage and become moldy. We installed our WaterGuard drainage system along half of the basement's perimeter, as well as connecting two sump pumps, and installing a dehumidifer to regulate the humidity of the space. Now, the basement is dry, and dry all of the time.
With their basement heavily flooding from recent storms, Glenn and Michele G. knew that their home remedy solutions were no longer the answer. They found Dry Guys Basement Systems in the yellow pages and called to set up an appointment.
