Outside of the Home
Outside of the home with open crawl space vents visible.

Old Crawl Space Opening
The old opening into the crawl space. Unreliable covers like this still let in the elements, and can also let in pests.

Open Vent
Open vents can cause numerous problems with your home. Moisture, outside air, and pests can easily enter your home through these vents.

Hanging Insulation
One symptom of a damp crawl space is hanging insulation. Traditional fiberglass insulation can become saturated and begin to droop and fall.

Crawl Space Debris
Dirt Crawl Spaces can be very unpleasant to venture into. This one was also littered with debris. After Dry Guys come to fix it the crawl space will be much cleaner and offers the opportunity to be utilized as storage space.

Old Sump Pump

Vent From Inside the Crawl Space
Through all the fallen insulation, you can see the inside of the vent.

Inefficient Plastic Covering
Unlike our CleanSpace system, this plastic covering does nothing to keep the crawl space clean or dry.
