Jim deserves the Service Award!
I was very pleased with the entire process from the scheduling to the estimate to the actual installation of my smart vents. You "guys" are a class act!
Ellie was very professional yet friendly and extremely accommodating.
Dave did a great job of explaining the smart vents to me, gave me a reasonable estimate and I never felt pressured. He is extremely professional and pleasant and obviously knows the product.
Jim and his assistant, Jake were great. Jim assessed the job to be done, realized that some changes needed to be made and were able to think outside the box to remedy the situation. Both young men were polite, professional, friendly and hardworking. When they took a short lunch break, Jim even offered to buy me lunch which I thought was incredibly sweet.
They left everything cleaner than they found it.
