Better communication would go a long way. I appreciate the email confirmation of appointment, but on the day of service, it would have been more considerate to let me know the tech was going to be late before 3:30.
Dave did a great job. Explained what he was going to do, asked permission to use a dolly inside, and finished the job quickly.
Dave was professional and considerate. He asked checked with me about old parts, and took all of his trash and packing materials.
