What made you choose our company:

Read good things. After having a lot of work done to clean up and insulate the crawl space, humidity levels were running as high as 82%. My daughter then had a Sedona dehumidifier installed 7/5/17. I was not happy with installation which was put on the form packing tray, which turned out to not be high enough going to the condensate pump. It backed up into the unit which was also not level, soaking the filter and puddling about 2 gallons of water on the floor tarp/barrier liner. I raised the unit onto a milk crate and then found that the condensate pump was not working because the tubing from the Sedona drain was stuff on top of the float and would not turn the pump on when the water level went to top flowing out of the pump and flooding the tarp again. Since that time the unit has operated fine. In the Spring, I asked my Daughter how the humidity level was running and she discover it was 72%. On 2/24/18, I was sent an e-mail that the annual service check up and maintenance was due? I did nothing because I normally do all of our heating and AC work. Also the experience that we had with the installation I did not trust anything being done. I called 5/14/18 for warranty repair work, when I found that the Sedona was not working because it appeared to have lost it's refrigerant charge. I was told by Jillian that I would have to pay a service charge of $158.87? Since we could not get a service call until 5/21/18, I put one of my really old dehumidifiers into her crawl space because with the heavy rains the humidity was up to 82%. Dave Wise checked the unit and agreed, no Freon charge and removed the unit. I asked him about the service call charge and he said that the unit is under warranty. I later got a call from the Service Manager Randy that I did not pay Dave for the service call and could I give him a credit card number. I told him that you all have my daughters unit and the warranty service call is not complete. He called back and said that we will be called when the unit is back.
