After Hurricane Sandy, this basement and crawl space combination in Modena, PA, suffered from seepage problems that had caused mold to begin to grow. The Dry Guys Team came in and installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along the walls in the basement and completely encapsulating the crawlspace. These walls prevent water vapor and humidity from passing through. By keeping the crawl space dry, the area is protected from mold and rot.

Water occasionally came through the corner crack in this home. After finding our website, the homeowner called Dry Guys to put an end to this problem with the installation of the FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair System. FlexiSpan uses a high-viscosity polyurethane polymer that gets deep into the crack and forms a durable, flexible seal. We then install a secondary layer of drainage on the basement wall and finish with a polyurethane sealant, creating a permanent seal that should never fail.

Our WaterGuard Drainage System was installed in Glenmoore, PA, after the homeowner noticed that there was water leaking into her basement. Unsure of where it was coming from, she called Dry Guys to help solve her problem. The Dry Guys Team then installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement floor to prevent flooding that may occur during a rainstorm. WaterGuard sits on top of the footing without disturbing the soil underneath and includes 3/8" openings to prevent clogging, leaving this basement dry!

This crawl space in Thorndale, PA, suffered from major humidity problems, due to a faulty waterproofing system and lack of a sump pump.
