A plumbing leak could fill your CleanSpace protected crawl space like a swimming pool without any drainage. If you have a leak, you need to know about it as soon as possible.
The SmartDrain is set into a hole at the lowest area of your crawl space and allows water to drain away through the one-way valve while alerting you that there is a leak.
