DryTrak Basement Drainage System

DryTrakThe superior design and materials used with DryTrak Basement Water Drainage System allows for removal of seepage from a basement floor-wall joint and directs it to a drain or sump pump. Removing this water lowers the water table around your foundation, reducing hydrostatic pressure, which makes the DryTrak system very effective on all types of foundations, including stone, brick, block and poured concrete. The typical application, as shown in the diagram, is on monolithic basement floors.

The clean finish of the patented DryTrak basement water drainage system looks good while keeping your basement dry. This allows you to use that space for storage or even finish it for extra living space.

A Real, Permanent Solution

Thousands of DryTrak systems have been installed across the United States, Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Since DryTrak is not sitting in the mud, it will not clog like a sub-surface drain and doesn’t require costly digging or damage to your sidewalk, porch, deck or landscaping. The DryTrak is the most affordable system and can be installed if your basement is wet or dry.

DryTrak Basement Water ControlInstalling the DryTrak system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump is an excellent solution to a wet basement! The DryTrak collects seepage and delivers it to the TripleSafe, which then pumps it out of your basement. The TripleSafe combines reliable 1/3 hp and 1/2 hp pumps, a battery back-up sump pump, and a WaterWatch alarm that alerts you to pump or power failure before any water gets above floor level. One of the great features of the sump pump system is an airtight lid that keeps moisture, insects and odors in while preventing things from your basement from falling in – all while cutting down on noise and looking great.
