CleanSpace is a durable, heavy plastic liner that seals your crawl space from outside dampness – from the air or the ground. The liner is like a reverse pool liner, keeping water out instead of in! The CleanSpace works as a vapor barrier, draining water behind it while the white surface brightens the interior dramatically.
The CleanSpace Wall System is made of 20-mil thick reinforced plastic comprised of seven layers, blending high and low-density polyethylene and two polyester-cord reinforcement layers. It is highly durable and almost impossible to rip.
CleanSpace is not quite as finished looking as BrightWall, but is around 30% less expensive and works on hard to cover, uneven stone walls that are damp or leak. It is a fast and economical way to dry and improve your crawl space, stopping water vapor and other unwanted moisture from getting under your home.
