Your Service Tech Bryan just left after servicing our SaniDry CX Dehumidifier. I just wanted to pass along that I was very happy with him. He got here on time,  he was very courteous and knowledgeable.  You can tell he cares about his job and his customers.  He took time to explain everything he did and shared with me some good suggestions to help take care of the SaniDry and hopefully extend the life of the unit. I wish every contractor I used had his work ethic and professionalism.
