Dan Gattuso:

That has been a great opportunity for us and for our customers. Again there's a lot of patented products we use that actually allows you to straighten your walls even over time or we can do it right away. We can lift the corners of houses that are sinking. If you have a bowed wall we can straighten it out and it's not as invasive as most people think.”

Kim Gattuso:
“When we talk to a customer and they sign an agreement with our company we say welcome to the Dry Guys family. We're really really working on the cusp of wowing service and changing everyone's mind about the industry that when they have a remodeler in their home that's doing something that they shouldn't be scared, that the job is going to get done the time they said it's going to get done, and the price that we quoted the first time.”
Elliot Gattuso:
“My career of choice is craftsman and being able to truly do the proper job, talking to the homeowner, communicating with them and getting the work done right is completely up to us. You're the person that makes the largest impression on a homeowner. When I get to a homeowner it's entirely my responsibility to make sure that the lines of communication are open. I call them when I'm on my way there, letting them know when I'm going to be there. I talk to them every day at the end of a job to let them know the progress that's been going on and we realize that we're a guest in somebody's house.”
“Dry Guys being a family business means that I'm going to see my customers in the grocery store and our hometown. It means that five years from now, six years from now, 15 years from now, I mean it's been 11 for me already, that the work that I do I'm still going to be held responsible for. Being a family business means a lot because it means you get to do good work. It means that you HAVE to do good work, which is, I can say, a blessing.”
