Habitat for Humanity Build

On Saturday, April 5, 2014, Kim Gattuso, along with 7 year old daughter Isabella, were at the groundbreaking for the new home being built in Carneys Point, NJ for the next Habitat Family.  Kim has been on the Board of Directors for the Salem County affiliate, New Jerseys oldest Habitat for Humanity affiliate, since 2012. 

This is Kim's first build with Habitat, and she is excited to use the opportunity to continue teaching her daughter about giving back to the community. "We've been doing a lot with Habitat as well as Family Promise.  I use every available opportunity to show Isabella that even though we are grateful for our many blessings, we should take the time to help others and to turn negatives into positives - which these two charitable organizations accomplish."

The Womens Build for 2014 (May 3, 2014) will be concentrating on the property for the groundbreaking site in Carneys Point, where Kim will be putting in some sweat equity while Isabella will be selling t shirts and helping serve lunches to the Women Build teams.
